Connie Going is a true expert in the field of adoption. Not only has she worked as a caseworker for years, Connie is the mother of two foster children and knows firsthand the ample blessings and struggles involved. After witnessing the ins and outs of the child welfare system, Connie set out on a mission to create a national campaign advocating for longterm adoption. She believes strongly with the right tools and support adoptive families can overcome the hardships and thrive. Each day is filled with a bounty of possibilities and hope regardless of circumstance. • Completed more than 1,000 permanent adoptions
• Co-founded the Heart Gallery of Pinellas and Pasco, a nonprofit that connects adoptive families with waiting children
• Provided adoption agencies with innovative tools, marketing strategies, and social media support
• Worked in nearly every area of adoption, serving as a case worker, a federal subsidy reviewer, a mediator and more.
